joeboard.com was created by an average joe who lives and works in hood river, oregon. joe longed for a better way to find out about community events & classifieds than standing at the local bulletin board. joe dreamed of hearing about great local events the day BEFORE they happened. joe also knew that one local joe’s junk is another local joe’s treasure – and thought putting joes together would be a very, very good thing.
